Lauren is a loving mother, wife and dedicated planner who began her career in Fashion Marketing. With a little encouragement from a close friend, she enrolled in a wedding planning program which was the start of her journey and she now has 5 years of experience in the industry.Lauren’s love for planning, natural eye for interior design and bold, can-do attitude is why she excels in the field. To Lauren, making her clients’ dreams into a reality is not only possible but paramount.

Shayne is a fun-loving dog mom, brand new wife, and has been a licensed practical nurse for the last 7 years. She hired Blush & Lace to help with her day-of planning and helped bring her wedding vision come to life! Shayne’s friends have told her that she had a knack for detail and event organizing, so she decided to join the Blush & Lace team herself! Her ultimate passion in life is helping others, especially on the most important day of their lives. Shayne love’s seeing dreams come true and she can’t wait to help make that happen for all of you beautiful couples out there!

Justine is vibrant, dedicated and has a creative flair. Her go-getter personality, makes her a great addition to Blush and Lace. With an eye for detail, she works behind the scenes to exceed expectations and make a lasting impact on your wedding experience. Beyond her role at Blush and Lace, she is a dog mama and fosters more animals, while also studying to be a licensed Herbologist. Passionate about living a holistic lifestyle, she combines her love for plants, nature, and outdoor activities with her dedication to herbalism and helping others.

Madison Barry
Maddy is a dog mama to two big fur children & is a recent newlywed. She currently works in the optical industry but has dabbled with photography in her spare time. She is very organized and has a passion for creating. In her spare time she enjoys watching a good Netflix series, travelling, and hiking with her husband. She looks forward to making your day as beautiful and stress-free as possible.

Emily Redel
Emily is a spunky package of organization & make-it-happen attitude. Emily has her B.A. in Production Management & her Floral Design Certificate. She has worked for many years in many different areas of the wedding industry; from bridal gowns to floral arranging, wedding expos and catering events, she’s had a taste of it all and is excited to bring her experience and energy to your day.
